State Forest in the Town of Friendship and Town of Belfast, Allegany County.

Description:

Located west of Belvidere and Interstate 86, at Exit 30, go north on Route 19 to Hess Road.  There are hiking trails and access roads in over 2,300 acres of state forest.  The NYS DEC has ongoing oil, gas and timber projects here.
